I really like the location and the unit. The host texted me and told me my children were too loud. This may not be the most family friendly place to stay. There are other tenants in the building so it is understable that someone would text and say that the kids were too loud. I just did not know that at booking.

Excellent location for Cleveland Clinic. Having two bedrooms was so helpful. Quiet neighborhood, clean and friendly people. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Host responsive to any requests. Will stay again if we have to return to the clinic. Thank you, Ken. Made our stay stress free.

I cannot say enough about this host and neighborhood! I stayed here for two weeks while my husband was in the Cleveland Clinic. I was a bit under stress and I have never felt so comforted and held by a community more than this one…equaling my own at home. Kaye, the property manager, was caring, giving and empathetic. The surrounding neighbors were genuinely kind and embracing. My husband and I have mentioned to each other many times how this community held me in a time of crises. I will be forever grateful!!

I stayed three nights with my husband and adult son while visiting another son near CWRU. We had two bedrooms, kitchen and bath, and a small living room and eating area. The house is part of a duplex on a quiet residential street, some of which is run-down, but this house seemed well-maintained. This unit is first floor and the other unit is upstairs. There is sufficient on-street parking and a shared driveway. It is within easy walking distance of some nice restaurants, coffee, and sandwich shops. The host and property manager let us know when they were going to be working outside and were responsive if we had questions. They ask that you strip the sheets off the bed and put the trash out, as well as washing your dishes and adjusting the HVAC before checking out.

The Property is perfect for a visit to Cleveland. We were visiting Cleveland University, and it is a convenient drive to the hospital. This is our third stay, which should say it all. Thank you Ken

This location did not work for us, as recent work (the same day) had been completed by one or more people who smoked and left that distinct odor inside the property. As an asthma suffer, there was absolutely no way I was going to be able to stay in this home especially with impending surgery at Cleveland Clinic. This was supposed to be a recovery location and it immediately became apparent that this just couldn't be. The management understood my situation and we both recognized it as being a "fluke"....not something that occurs regularly, and so they provided a full refund. I have a lot of respect for someone who recognizes when everything has fallen apart (no blame), a refund is due and then honors that refund. Thanks guys!

The apartment was perfect! Everything we needed was available, it was clean, it had so many amenities! The host was on top of every question or comment or concern! The location suited our needs by being close to the Cleveland clinic and within walking distance of stores and restaurants! The neighborhood is charming and we felt safe. This is my 2nd time staying at the property . I was able to explore and found many great restaurants and an awesome coffee shop that you can walk to . We went to Whole Foods and it’s only 10 minutes away . A nice park and bike and walking trails are also in the neighborhood. Great place to stay .

We stayed in the downstairs level, It was nice and very clean. There was an issue with the upstairs renters and the owner was in communication with us the entire time working to resolve the issue. They took care of the matter and made sure we were well taken care of in the end.

Very nice host and home, was perfect for our family. My wife needed heart surgery. I chose this place mainly on its proximity to the Cleveland clinic (about 5 min away) but was pleasantly surprised how nice it was

This was the perfect (yes, "charming") place for our family of three to hang our hats while visiting Cleveland. Close proximity to the very lovely University Circle area (including the Cleveland Institute of Music, one of our objectives in visiting), while only a moderate drive away from downtown Cleveland. Cool, open, warm, roomy layout for a comparatively small place. Easy check-in and check-out. Consistent, quick communication from host. On a small, quiet street, while also close to Larchmere and MLK, both larger streets. Immediate area (Larchmere?) somewhat non-descript, but, in truth, we didn't spend too much time there.

Property is exactly as it is described. Neighborhood is nice, neighbors are nice as well. Most anything you'd need is in the Property for use. Ken is a fantastic host, quickly ready to address any issue you may have. Continuing communication after arrival to ensure you have what you need. The place was just as described. It was a cute, two bedroom duplex with kitchen and bathroom essentials. It was very relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. The owner checked to make sure we had everything we needed through VRBO messages several times. It was only 10 minutes or less to the Cleveland Clinic. We stayed for 7 nights If we have another long-term stay in Cleveland, I would definitely book again!

This older home has been revitalized along with others in the neighborhood. It was an easy drive to Cleveland Clinic, the main reason for our stay. The wide steps to the front porch made unloading suitcases and the cooler an easy task for this first floor apartment. The HoneyBirch Bakehouse on the corner is definitely worth a visit (or two.)

The location, with its enjoyable restaurants and shops. Interior decor an aesthetic experience. This could develop into a uniquely interesting AND comfortable destination. Right now, just for example, kitchen needs a higher level of pots pans, etc for even the most basic fixing of a meal. More attention to comfort and function needed, with the guests in mind! That no doubt will come....
