Hot tube was great and outdoor area was awesome too!
I wasn’t to fussed about the location personally, but it was a way out if you wanted central

Very clean and comfortable bed
Hot tub not clean and no instructions on how to use, also someone doing donuts in their car in the street outside at 10pm
