Most housemates were good, friendly and helpful, they made me feel safe. I was worried about parking my car on the street, but it was safe every day. I did not have any issues with parking and house. I loved the fact that they had someone come in clean the house. The area was kept clean and neat. I felt safe and was never worried when I was in the house.
Some of the housemates had behavioral issues, but the owner and the manager were able to resolve the issues without any discomfort for myself. House rules are necessary, but some rules made me feel like I was in living in hostel. I did not feel like home. But may be for the neighborhood the house is in, the rules are necessary.

The room was very clean, and the young guy who cleaned it did a great job he even came back to seal everything properly. The house overall was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed.
The location is in an upcoming area, still developing but it’s close to two major supermarkets and right by the highway, which makes it convenient for getting around.

The location was not too bad. It was close to supermarkets, gas stations, and the beach. It was close to downtown and CityPlace too.
