Соответствующее Жилье в других странах стоит меньше. Возможно это чисто мое восприятие)). Соседи делали ремонт с 7:45

The apartment is big and nice.
The location is also convenient for getting to the center.
The host is friendly and responds quickly.
Firstly, it was not described anywhere that in addition to the overnight stay we also had to pay a 38 euro city tax. It's good to mention it.
Second and MOST importantly: it was extremely cold! The apartment has air conditioning (but only for warm days) and heating, which AUTOMATICALLY turns on after 6:00 PM at super low temperature and can't even heat the rooms! The host said that there is regulation in the city and it doesn't work during the day, which to me is ABSURD! The last night I couldn't sleep and now I'm coming home sick!
The shower is small, but that was the least of our problems.
