Modern apartment with patio

Location, location, and location. The apartment is only 12 minutes walking from Evangelismos metro station, which takes you (non stop) to Syntagma and (1 stop) to Monastiraki. Both are the heart of tourist Athens. It is 8 minutes walking to the Athens Gallery (Modern Art Museum), which is between the historic Hilton Hotel (now Alissian Hilton) and the Caravel Hotel. A bunch of nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. The apartment is clean, easy to get to and to get in (Ground floor). The host is super fast in answering your requests and questions.

A full sofa (not a love seat) in the living area would have made the stay more comfortable. A full-length mirror is a must. The small one in the bathroom is not enough at all. What is the point of having an iron if there is no ironing table? A bottle of water in the fridge would have shown nice hospitality. Small amounts of essentials could help (salt, sugar, oil.....)

Παραξενιές δικιές μου σε ιδιαίτερα φωτεινό υπνοδωμάτιο που συζήτησα με τον ιδιοκτήτη και θα μεριμνήσει.

It is a small, cozy appartment, with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The patio is nice, but don't expect seeing the city from there ;)

Although it was very clean and neat there were some cockroaches. This, however, fits the climate and they were not all over. Also, the host actively tries to keep them away.

While compact area the clever design provided a separate living and sleeping space. The street parking is free and available (ie drive around the block just a few times). Nespresso machine. Drying cloths outside.

The TV was not tuned to the full list of standard free TV channels experienced in most places.
