Okay aber viel zu teuer für die olle Ausstattung

Eigentlich ein schönes kleines Steinhäuschen mit Gärtchen, aber… (siehe unten). Der nette Ortskern (Bäckereien und Geschäfte) und Hafen von St Vaast ist in gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 15 Min zum schönen Ost-Strand. Kontakt Hausverwaltung sehr gut. Sehr sauber. Das einzig neue und gut funktionierende war die Waschmaschine.

Die Einrichtung ist aus Großmutters Zeiten. Nimmt man Gläser aus den alten Schränken, müffeln sie. Es ist alles schon recht „oll und ranzig“, wie von Flohmarkt zusammengesucht. Sofa durchgesessen. Wohnzimmer nicht gemütlich. Küchentisch klein und wackelig. Terrassenstühle oll und mit Gaffatape geflickt. Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, billig, alt und abgenutzt. Gardinen zerrissen. Die Bilder auf Booking täuschen sehr. Viel zu teuer für diesen Zustand. Wir hatten zwei andere FeWo im gleichen Urlaub, kuschlig schön in super Zustand für 500.-€ die Woche weniger.

EXCEPTIONNEL A TOUS POINTS DE VUE

Logement parfaitement équipé, disposant de tout le confort et même plus. La situation géographique est aussi exceptionnelle en étant proche du centre, des commerces et lieux à visiter. Excellent rapport avec la conciergerie qui nous a guidé pas à pas. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
