A casa em si é muito boa, a estrutura.
Só não gostei muito do quintal/garagem que é compartilhado, a janela do quadro da se cara com a área de entrada da outra casa e a localização que é distante da praia, peguei muito trânsito. Como foi a primeira vez em Ubatuba, agora já sei. O bom é ter um telefone/whatsapp pra falar com a proprietária, pois só pelo chat é péssimo. Tive dificuldades
