Great apartment in an area that oozes character and charm

Spotless apartment with a very comfy bed in a great location in central Paris. What’s not to love?!

There were too many issues with the apartment for us to fully enjoy our stay. (see above)

Location was good,

Concrete from the outside door to the stairs was in poor repair - unsightly and uneven. Never got to speak to a real person. Unclear at times whether I was communicating with the same person from one text to the next. I was not informed that our residence was on the 4th floor, and that there was no elevator. (!!!) Getting the luggage up to the room was awful, and there was no one there to help. One key only. It was very difficult opening the door because of the antiquated locking system. The door fit was extremely tight, and the locking mechanism was mis-aligned. I could not open the door by myself. It took my husband to accomplish that. Skylight in the roof leaked. Pillow cases did not fit pillows. Insufficient cooking utensils. Kitchen table surface was in poor repair. Batterie covers missing from remotes, so the batteries fell out easily. Most of these problems were reported to the staff and we always got pleasant responses, although these were never face-to-face conversations.

Not as advertised. Bed very uncomfortable. Floor very eneven. 4 storey walk-up wasn't advertised. City views don't exist. No wardrobe as advertised. No headroom once sofa bed was opened. Poor value, and we were offered a partial refund, but still waiting

The location is perfect, near the metro and they have a lovely market 2 blocks away to get you quality food, it’s really amazing

It’s a 4th floor, without elevator, good for your health but don’t forget anything before going out because you’ll regret it haha

Good and comfy.

The place was perfect for two, this apartment was near metro station, the best was, that you have your own little kitchen and everything else, that you could need (for ex. ironing board with iron, hair dryer, etc.) Would like to stay here next time also!

Perfect for a couples weekend away in Paris.

Perfect location, great bars and markets (food and flea) close by. The area isn’t touristy which was great. Very close to the metro and easy to get to all attractions. Although small, the kitchen is perfectly stocked for simple dishes and morning coffee (plenty of pods and tea bags provided). The bathroom was a good size and clean. Wifi was fast and smart tv was perfect for winding down after a long travel day.

The fold out bed wasn’t the comfiest but absolutely what you expect for a sofa fold out. The ceiling is low in some areas, which was fine for me as I’m short, but my partner did hit his head a couple times, not at all a big deal, but maybe not so comfy if you are very tall.

Lovely aparment in a lovely city.

The aparmtment was very nice, the host was amazing. The Host promptly responded to all my questions. Getting to the apartment seems quite challenging at first glance, but with the included instructions it was easy. I appreciated the heating system and a ceiling fan. The location of the apartment is lovely, an amazing bakery right next to it, fruit markets just a few meters away. I usually ordered food on uber, but a few restaurants that seemed nice were very near, also a mcdonalds, which is always a safe route for me. The best thing about this apartment is probably the location in the city, we were able to get to all the great monuments and attractions, usually in a few minutes in metro, which is just a few minutes away by foot. Everything you need to know is easily accesible on checkmyguest app, instructions, wifi and even some tips for restaurants and atractions. I was also nicely surprised by prepared tea bags a few biscuits and a water bottle. Overall a lovely stay for a nice price.

The apartment is located in an old building, which was being reconstructed at the time of my stay. The courtyard and the stairs are not very pretty. But by not very pretty i just mean a bit old looking, its not dirty and it didnt bother me. The reconstruction was a little noisy, and we kept our window shutters closed beacuse the workers were sometimes right outside of our windows, but it only started at 8AM and they were always gone when we came back from the city. This is of course not the hosts fault, and it was just a mild inconveniance.

Trappenhuis was vies en 4 hoog zonder lift is ook pittig. We kregen de verkeerde Wifi codes wat voor veel onrust zorgde.

El departamento está bien y muy bien ubicado, Pero es edificio es muy feo. Usan un sistema externo

El departamento es minusculo pero está muy bien para una estadía corta. Todo funciona bien y está muy limpio. La ubicación está muy bien. Se puede llegar a todos lados en bus o metro. El barrio tiene todos los comercios necesarios.

El ingreso al lugar da miedo y las indicaciones no son del todo claras, por ejemplo, no tenia el numero de departamente, me tocó probar uno por uno. Usan un sistema externo a booking para el checkin donde piden datos personales. Eso la verdad me parece un abuso.

Preis-Leistung ist etwas fraglich aber die Lage hat uns gut gefallen.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Konversation mit der Verwaltung war sehr freundlich. Das Schlafsofa war kaputt und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgetauscht. Die Bettdecken und Handtücher waren gute Qualität und angenehm.

Der Aufgang zur Wohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung ist nichts für große Personen, weil Küche und Bad sehr beengt sind. Im Bad fehlen Haken für Handtücher und es gibt keine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung zu verstauen. Nachtischlampen wären praktisch.

la literie, le lit est en fait un canapé, ce qui n'est pas dit dans l'annonce. 4 coussins posés sur ce canapé sont vraiment sales, il faudrait les enlever! et le matelas, non protégé est taché un porte manteau qui ne tient pas au mur le reste est à peu près propre heureusement nous n'avons fait que dormir et prendre le pt déjeuner, impossible à mon avis de cuisiner dans cet espace

Décevant car description largement incomplète en rapport avec la réalité des lieux

L’appellation « Résidence » est vraiment malhonnête,lorsqu’on s’approche du numéro 153 de la rue, faubourg Saint-Antoine : en fait une simple porte cochère en bois abîmée,derrière laquelle nous découvrons un petit couloir sans lumière le 1er jour au bout duquel une petite cour bardée d’échafaudages dévoilant un bâtiment en totale réfection. Une cage d’escalier recouverte de poussière de plâtre et des marches en bois pour certaines à la limite de s’effondrer, pas de lumière sur deux étages, bref l’insalubrité des lieux n’est pas loin. L’appartement de 24m2 est au 4ieme sans ascenseur. Après ouverture de la porte découvrir un grand sac-poubelle avec à l’intérieur, le linge de toilette et draps d’un précédent passage. Trois jours avant que ce sac ne disparaisse de nos yeux. Est-ce normal ? Certes des sanitaires propres mais les oreillers presque hors d’usage, dessus de table cloqué de partout, pas d’armoire ni cintres…beaucoup de travaux à faire dans cet appartement rempli de malfaçons comme prises électriques bancales,Velux au dessus de la tête de lit sans encadrement (le plâtre tombe) Les lieux et surtout le prix ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur de ce qui est présenté sur Booking . Forte déception et colère.
