Central location in the sleazy district.
Wonder city and harbour views.
Well appointed kitchen.
Matching colour scheme throughout.
Good sized bath and comfy bed.
Soap and body wash supplied.
Great size flat. Let me know when it's for sale.
Listed as sea view condo when actually Baywatch Tower which every driver knows is it's name.
Slippery tiles around the pool.
Not the strongest wifi, which ran out of data near the end of our stay.
Difficulty in checking in due to being expected to have a phone number or internet connection after landing. Took over an hour to have someone turn up and grant access after numerous attempts to get the door code. The lobby staff were pleasant but had no idea of the booking or why I kept saying sea view condo.

The room is clean, even spotless! Room is spacious and has a nice view of manila bay. Very nice hot shower. If I am in the area again, I would book this room as it is affordable and convenient.
