A limpeza, ar condicionado, as instalações e eletrodomésticos são excelentes. O atendimento do dono da casa também foi excelente. Não recomendo para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção por ter que subir alguns degraus de escada. Também há alguma dificuldade para estacionamento nas proximidades da casa.
