We had a well lit room with a balcony looking onto the Nam Khan river. The accomodation is situated at the end of a small alley, off a main road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served from 8-10 in the morning offering freshly made egg dishes. There also is a laundry service, available at the current market rate of 30.000 Kip per kilo. There is no free bicycle rental, but they could arrange motorbikes or further transportation options at reasonable rates.

The accomodation is not directly located in the town center, but a short 15min walk away from the town center. The river view is limited on the right hand side, since the house is not located directly on the shoreline but there is a small Bungalow in front, which does not block the view to the front and left.

Très beau lieu avec un espace commun . Meubles de qualité, petite terrasse qui donne sur le Nan Kham. Hôtel tranquille, dans une impasse et dans le centre historique. Je recommande

Nice location on the riverbank, friendly staff, you can fill water as much as you want, breakfast is simple but tasty.

My room is a bit old; I found a cockroach on the first day. The toilet is a bit smelly because there is no cover on the drainage. The breakfast only starts from 8:00 am, but you can request it earlier if you want.
