Beautiful place

Loved the quality linen, products, furniture. Warm, welcome from owners. Cozy, comfortable and close to beach and local shops. Extras touches were appreciated!

Only negative was the tv that was unusual to operate. Wouldn't normally bother with a TV but being home late from work it was a distraction while eating dinner. Not an issue really.

Comfortable, relaxed and beautiful

The Boatshed is a beautiful little property in a residential road a short walk from Big Manly beach and nearby shops/restaurants. Perfect stay for a few days or longer. Felt private even though we were next door to the owners. Parking space too so very easy to come and go without feeling like we were disturbing the neighbours. Very comfortable bed and lovely touches like beach towels, beach bag and sun hat. So thoughtful! Lovely products from New Zealand brand.

Stunning property!

We loved everything about this property!! It is an absolute gem! Jenni met us upon arrival and was so friendly. The location is 1/2 block from the beach with restaurants nearby. A perfect end to our wonderful vacation in New Zealand.

The Boat Shed Big Msnly

Everything you could wish for in the Boat Shed. Stunning accommodation and hosts. The attention to detail is second to none, we have stayed in many types of hotels and airbnb's around the world and we both agree the Boat Shed is top of the tree. Jen and Raymond are marvellous hosts and so helpful right down to recommendations for best local restaurants and cafes. We will definitely return next time in the Auckland region.
