We had a decent stay at this property, the decor is a bit outdated but it was clean and comfortable. We did try to find breakfast in the morning but there was literally no one around and the cafe was empty and there was no staff around - we did mention we wanted breakfast at check in so it was really odd. We ended up leaving without breakfast. So that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise it was good enough for a quick 1 night stop.

A curious property. We stayed for one night on our way back from the far North of NZ. No on-site dining of any kind was available: no breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The "Cafe" was closed. Our room/studio was quiet, with a separate bedroom featuring the best mattress of our long trips to NZ. The main room had a ton of floor space, with very little furniture, and a huge electric massage chair in one corner. Nothing bad, just peculiar! Double french doors opened to a small terrace (table, 2 chairs) overlooking a fairway of the on-site 9-hole golf course. Green fees ($20/pp) were included with our stay, so we played a round on the same day we arrived. No need to book a tee-time or anything. Rented a hodge-podge bag of clubs for $20. Loads of fun! So, no Cafe on site, but there were several decent spots within a 5-10 minute drive.

Nice setting, parking is in a separate carpark to units you are a few minutes out of town but cafe is on site. Pretty and peaceful. Will book again.

Just stayed one night. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Accommodations were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Lovely to sit on the patio and look out at the fairway.

Great place to stay for families and individuals.Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The superior single room was a delight. Very homely and warm. The place feels very safe. I had such a great sleep in this room. I'll be back again soon.

As the name already indicates,the Northridge Country Lodge is in a quiet park like setting . My room was rather small and even though it had a double bed, it was meant for one person. It had only one cup, one glas etc. The restaurant/cafe was closed ,so one had to drive to Silverdale for a meal, which is a little inconvenient. Otherwise this is a lovely place.

Was a great place to stay, but quite annoyed with the bathroom. Had a shower area that would not drain. the floor grate was blocked so there was excess water on the floor, towels and clothes .

Loved our stay at Northridge Country Lodge. Room was beautiful and spacious and was a great place to relax after a day of touring. The town of Silverdale and surrounding beaches were perfect.

The staff accomadated us really well with our extra request. Restaurant was really flexible with our meal changes and also delicious food. We thoroughly appreciated the peacefulness coming back from the buisy city. Beautiful garden's aswell!

Very clean and tidy room, however the shower wasn't very good. The shower head was spraying badly, and the grout in the tiles was breaking up under my feet. Parking area and surrounding foliage was quite messy. Staff were very nice and I did appreciate the call to check when I'd be arriving as I was having a late day.

The Office is impossible to find as there are no sisgns from the carpark. Lots of signs for the Church which apparently is a tenant of the property. I ended up ringing the manager to find out where the office was. He came to the car park to meet us!

The garden and the golf-course setting are outstanding. But the corollary is that some sheers/net-curtains are needed when golfers are close by the large windows. A few such details are lacking, a pity as the location is so good. Also, dinner is not available as advertised. No problem for us, but the website should be changed.
