Cosy Pet Friendly Beach House

The location was excellent across the road to the beach. Easy drive to cafes & restaurants. Close to major shopping centres. The house was equipped with everything needed in a self contained situation. Wonderful for the furry friend too. Great big undercover outdoor BBQ area as well.

Didn't like no cupboard space, no dishwasher, toilet at the other end to the bathroom. Absolutely NO parking available when the markets are on which made it hard for my husband who uses a wheelie walker. No pathway entry either only grassed.

Location was better than thought. The Off Leash Dog Beach was one of the better ones that we have been too and not too far away. Loved the big Fridge and Freezer 😁

Just little things: The Kitchen Bench is very narrow and there is not a lot of preparation space, the kitchen although neat and tidy is a little dated - could do with an upgrade. There was no Dish Drainer that I could locate. The Bin in the Kitchen needs to be a covered bin. We had some trouble getting local TV Channels on the lounge room TV but could do so on the Bedroom TV ? A little prewarning about the back door (as we locked ourselves out 😒) the snip on the main lock should be checked prior to exiting if keys are inside. The main entrance gate is not secured, and it is a very busy throughfare street, lots of people walking past and peering into the backyard, we were a little concerned about our dog's safety and security.

Location was a short walk to the beach. Local restaurants were only a 5 minute drive away

Great location - very close to beach & a short walk into town. Large enclosed yard for your pets to roam free.

Only 3 dining chairs - 1 of which you couldn’t sit on as it was falling apart. Mattress in main bedroom needs replacing - very uncomfortable. Extremely outdated interior & furnishings. Unpleasant odour of cigarettes & animal urine - especially in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Carpets need replacing. Dishes were filthy when we arrived however management company came out & rectified this.
