Location was perfect. House was spotlessly clean. Host was informative and offered early check in free. Everything you could possibly need was catered for. Washing machine and pods, dishwasher and pods, dish cloths, kitchen roll, tea towel, hand towels, hand soap, bin bags, spare light bulbs and garden furniture, even salt and pepper!

Not much to complain about in all honesty however I will say the double bed was small for a tall person like myself. The kitchen windows seemed to be painted shut (not in a cheap tacky way just a decorating oversight) resulting in kitchen steam/smells lingering. The heating took best part of 2 days to heat the house to a comfortable level. Seemed to be set to 12c and would time out quickly after setting temp higher (maybe my error). Sofa needs replacing and you were asked not to light candles..

Fantastic location close to village amenities and access to local walks. Nicely appointed property with good parking, decent heating system and everything else we needed.

The property was spotless when we arrived but the sofa had a bit of a dog smell. I guess you wouldn't notice if you had dogs of your own and not the end of the world, but we did notice enough to comment.

Very clean , had all the necessary facilities & instructions for devices & services very clear. Location is perfect for Peak District.
