Location for exploring Derbyshire was spot on and Eyam is a very historical village with lots of walks from the village . Plenty of space for relaxing after a day of walking and when you see the story of the property it gives it more character.
If staying longer not sure about use of a washing machine especially if it rains etc

Very cosy cottage in a great location within a picturesque village full of history. Great for walks straight from the door in beautiful scenery and surroundings. Ricky and Chris are great hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the local area.

The property was quirky A comfortable bed deep bath central for the village Patio area and local hens and Cockrell were lovely to hear in the morning
Not able to give top stars for cleanliness, unfortunately Rooms were overfilled with furniture which limited space Parking was very awkward with a reasonable size car outside the property itself

The hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and will give lots of suggestions and recommendations of things to do and places to eat. It’s an excellent base to explore the surrounding area.
