Very impressive Victorian with a beautiful interior full of impressive antiques and thoughtful art throughout. Location is about as good as it gets, close to downtown but not right on the main thoroughfare. Our host, Dan is a great guy and an impressive cook!
Shower was tiny and leaked onto the floor. Easily fixed with a bunched up towel.

The Rose Room was a lovely change from bland hotel rooms. This charming Country Victorian was built in 1902 and has all the crown molding you would expect. The location is near downtown, and the house has communal space to relax with a book, or, to enjoy a glass of complimentary wine. The host-recommended Lassen Ale House restaurant, located nearby, had great pizza and a very friendly atmosphere. The breakfast part of B&B is not to be missed, it was delicious! We also met some very interesting people and enjoyed our conversations.
