The location and the size. Staff attention and responsivennes was excellent.
Cigarettes smoke smell in the living room. The house was very clean, however the smell in the living room was very noticeable. It may be that the previous guests did not follow the rules.

The location was right in the centre of the town and the apartment was good.
We had never visited Riaza previously and booked the apartment blind.
When we arrived we saw that a Bull Ring had been erected across the street and there were lots of people about.
There was a Festival on in the town when we were there and we had not realised that the festivities and music would go on long into the night and we had a few nights where it was very loud and difficult to sleep.

Es un piso muy normal en una ubicación excelente. Es grande y tiene 1 cama doble, 2 individuales y una litera repartidas en 3 habitaciones diferentes y con dos baños, cocina y salón amplio.
No está muy visible desde la calle aunque las indicaciones a través de booking son claras y hay que seguirlas. La recepción fue bastante fría, una persona que no se identificó se asomó por las escaleras y nos entregó unas llaves sin apenas mediar palabra o mostrarnos el alojamiento. Acogida extraña. Las camas y el sofá no eran especialmente cómodos y la litera crujía mucho al dormir.
