About this cottage rental
It is a beautifully restored two-storey house with rustic wooden ceilings and classic style furniture.
First floor consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are very spacious and bright, always with outside ventilation, either through windows or veluxes.
All the rooms on the upper floor are very spacious and combine the space perfectly with the furniture and the beautiful wooden ceiling, fully integrated in the same since they are all of attic roofs
Two of the rooms have double beds and the third, if necessary, two beds of 90 x 2.00, which can be used together or separated.
A beautiful wooden staircase joins both floors.
On the lower floor we have a large living room with fireplace, the kitchen, a room prepared for people with wheelchair that takes the assisted bath built into the room, another bathroom and the fifth bedroom which is a large living room, reading and games, with a large sofa bed and folding beds. Again, in all rooms you have outside ventilation through windows as well as beautiful wooden ceilings.
The total capacity of the house is 10 people. Ideal for two or three families with children, you can enjoy your stay in a very quiet environment, taking such wonderful places as Riaza, Sepulveda, Pedraza, Santa Maria de Ayllon, Duraton, and places like Del Río Duraton, Pinilla ski resort, and countless rural routes for cycling, hiking, or motorcycle tours.

magnífica experiencia, limpia, bonita y muy bien euipada, los dueños un encanto y proponen y recomiendan actividades y visitas etc. Sin duda repetiremos

¡¡ Unos días inolvidables !! El alojamiento...como en tu propia casa; super equipado de todo
El entorno y el pueblo, alejados del bullicio y aliado de la tranquiliadad
El propietario, muy atento, nos llevo el primer desayuno con bollería de la panadería, única en el pueblo, y lugar estratégico para encargar el típico Cordero de la zona.
El bar del pueblo "Manoliche" punto de reunión para unas cañas y despedir el año...
Las situación geográfica, optima; proporciona en muy pocos kilómetros, visitar varios emplazamientos muy interesantes de la zona... Sepúlveda, Riaza, El Parque Natural Las Hoces del Duraton ....
Nos ha faltado la nieve, que ha estado a las puertas.... Pero el año que viene repetimos

Casa con muchos detalles que te hacen sentir como en tu hogar (biblioteca, peliculas...); habitaciones muy amplias y un surtido menaje. Tomamos un cochinillo que nos recomendó el dueño de la casa que resultó espectacular.
La gente del pueblo es muy acogedora.
Tendremos que volver para usar la chimenea y terminar las excursiones pendientes por las Hoces del Duratón y la ermita de San Frutos entre otras muchas cosas.
