A casa é muito acolhedora, limpa e está em ótimo estado, equipada com todas as comodidades necessárias. Muito boa localização, perto de supermercado. O pessoal foi extremamente simpático e sempre disponível. No geral, a comodidade foi muito boa. Recomendo vivamente!
O único ponto a melhorar seria o isolamento acústico do exterior, seria facilmente reduzido com a colocação de vidros duplos nas janelas.
