La ubicación es excelente. Es un departamento chico con los servicios elementales. Adecuado para una o dos personas. Entiendo que es un departamento económico y la cantidad y calidad de vajilla, colchón, sábanas, toallas y demás elementos es bien básico y considero que acorde al precio que pagué.
Le falta mantenimiento en varios aspectos, lo peor fue que no funcionaba la calefacción, ante lo cual me proveyeron un caloventor pero no podía tenerlo mucho tiempo encendido porque se cortaba la luz.
