Muy buena ubicación. Amplio.
La limpieza, floja. Colcha y sillas de tapizado, manchado. Baño, pérdida de agua. Picaporte roto. Puertas y paredes manchadas. Balcón sucio.

Muy lindo departamento, está reciclado a nuevo en pleno centro, yo fui en Marzo y no tuve problemas de estacionamiento, en temporada debe ser complicado. Vicky una fenómena, atenta a todo. Muy buena presión del agua para bañarse, muy bueno y cómodo el colchón y las almohadas. Tenés super en la esquina, verdurería, panadería, laverap, todo dentro del los 100 metros. Seguro que volvería.
Está un poco incompleta la vajilla, nosotros nos compramos dos platos de postre y un rallador, pero no es tan dramático. No hay ventiladores ni aire acondicionado, por mas que el departamento es fresco, no se como será en Enero y Febrero.
