I would like to thank noor for her hospitality, She was polite and upragraded my room to Burj khalifa view
I did not like the breakfast options, The staff on my first day at breakfast who was Egyptian, He let me standing instead of taking my room number and let me proceed
He was very unprofessional, and all the male staff on the Tuesday 21 May were unwelcoming and unhelpful at Origins cafe

The room with the Burj Khalifa view was absolutely stunning — especially at night when the tower lights up. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the direct access to Dubai Mall made everything so convenient. Staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and luxurious😍I booked another night for my sons and they enjoyed it too..
