Excellent location, just as advertised. Right on busy street, so some noise but not bad.
Design of opening window meant it swung out across pavement, nearly hit a passer-by! Bedside lamps didn't work, rechargeable but still didn't charge. One of the column fan heater/coolers didn't work.

The kitchen and the bathroom are fine. The location (close to metro and local shops and nice restaurants) is nice. The owners were helpful and quickly solved, what they could solve.
This is cost effective accommodation. But there are couple of things to consider: 1. The flat is on street level, door opening literally on the walk way 2. There is no view from the flat. Windows are all painted white so that nothing can be seen (though light comes through) 3. You cannot keep the high level window open, as it causes significant threat to walkers. Nor can you keep the door open, as everyone can see directly in to your room and anyone could enter the room. So, if you are happy with those limitations, then this might be your place. But not during heat wave.
