Facilities and everything was good, place was super clean and it’s a nice studio AP.

I love everything about the place However,There’s a £300 holding deposit that should definitely be brought to people’s attention before they book the place. It is included in the important message section but I think not everyone is actively looking in that section so it should be in the description or something in like a ().

Brilliant location for the Emirates stadium. Easy to walk to. 2 double beds and a sofa, tea, coffee, sugar supplied. Right next door to a tescos too which very handy. Great communication before arrived, managed to lock self's out and quickly resolved. Felt very safe there. Would definitely stay again.

Was really hot in there and couldnt open windows but does have fans supplied and extras in the cupboards which were very welcome. Very steep stairs up to the flat but didnt bother us, but may do for people with mobility issues.

It’s in a really good location. The property was clean, the company was easy to contact and helpful to assist with any problems and my holding deposit was returned within the timescale.

The hallway and doors and doorframes all need fresh paint so had dirty marks, there were black storage boxes piled up in the living room. Leftover linen bags were all left behind the TV and in a cupboard in the living room. There were no side tables by the sofa or coffee table so nowhere to put your drink. No tea towel provided to dry dishes. The bathroom had condensation mold flecked on the tiles which is easily fixed with mold spray. The window frame sashes needed painting. They also need to check the batteries on the digital lock as I had problems accessing the property due to this. However staff were available to help me with this. I couldn’t access the terrace as they hadn’t sorted out safety which was one of the reasons I booked this property.
