Facilities and everything was good, place was super clean and it’s a nice studio AP.
I love everything about the place However,There’s a £300 holding deposit that should definitely be brought to people’s attention before they book the place. It is included in the important message section but I think not everyone is actively looking in that section so it should be in the description or something in like a ().

Brilliant location for the Emirates stadium. Easy to walk to. 2 double beds and a sofa, tea, coffee, sugar supplied. Right next door to a tescos too which very handy. Great communication before arrived, managed to lock self's out and quickly resolved. Felt very safe there. Would definitely stay again.
Was really hot in there and couldnt open windows but does have fans supplied and extras in the cupboards which were very welcome. Very steep stairs up to the flat but didnt bother us, but may do for people with mobility issues.

It was in the location I wanted
The bathroom was quite basic and old.
Whilst there was a kettle and coffee machine, no teabags, milk sachets or coffee pods provided
There was a need to share ID and a large advance deposit which made me quite uncomfortable
$$$$
