#The unit is in a great location. You can walk to shops. #The unit was clean and comfortable. #There are ample items, cutlery, appliances available to cook your meals. #The air-conditioning was great. #The main bed was comfortable and so too were the pillows. #There were hangers available in the cupboards. #Large fridge/freezer. #Adequate number of towels. #Fantastic toiletries and hair dryer = tick!!

Here are some suggestions for the property: # A compendium on how to use the TV and gas hobs. I have used a gas stove top previously, however not everyone is familiar. #We couldn't get free to air TV = sometimes its great to see local news stories. #The house/unit appears to have suffered significant water damage. The wall in the main bedroom is damaged, water stain easily visible. And it appears to be unstable inside. #I wouldn't want to stay at this property when its raining. #The entrance near the damaged garage [unhinged] was littered with building debris and rubbish. We did have concerns about asbestos contamination due to the age of the property & certainly is an eye sore. #No light on RHS in the main bedroom, most likely due to the water damage. # The room was not available upon arrival and we had to wait for half an hour, which was a slight inconvenience, as we'd been on the road for several hours& just wanted to relax. #Baggage stands would be well received, as placing our suitcases on the floor was the only option. #There should be advice on this property regarding the water damage, on this site about the bedroom etc. #We didnt plug in any appliances in the main bedroom, due to concerns about electrical safety.

Everything that you need was there.

The only thing I can think of that was slightly disturbing was the noise from the road that you hear quite well, because of the single glazing. But got used to that quite easily, so do not see it as a complaint ;-)

The property is in good location with mostly places near by, stocked kitchen.

The clutter from previous renovations in front and backyard, limiting my option for my kids to play and overgrown garden.
