Stan je lep, sve je novo i čisto. Vlasnici su vrlo ljubazni mladi ljudi. Mislili su na detalje koji mogu da znače gostima kao što su kafa, čaj, rashlađeno pivo, muške i ženske sobne papuče, fen... Na 3 min. hoda od stana je market, tržni centar i hotel Jelena u čijem restoranu služe obilne doručke (vrv i ostale obroke :) ). Centar grada je takođe blizu.

Treba napomenuti da je stan u prizemlju (nama nije smetalo).
