Although we were unable to use the room we had originally booked, the host handled the situation exceptionally well and arranged alternative accommodation for us, which turned out to be even better than expected. The property was immaculately clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, and the host was exceptionally kind, attentive and professional throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, the host responded promptly and resolved matters without delay. We were also given very helpful information and local recommendations, which made our stay considerably easier and more enjoyable. What stood out most was the host’s genuine sense of responsibility and hospitality; nothing felt like too much trouble, and we always felt well looked after. The host made our time in Banja Luka all the more special, and we only regret that we could not stay longer. We would not hesitate to return, and we would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the city.

The only minor drawback was that we occasionally heard some noise from the rooms above and below; nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

If you want to get a proper rest you are on the right place! The owner is extraordinary polite and ready to help with everything. She even turned AC on before our arrival so we could have a fresh room in the extremely hot day. Kudos on that! The apartment is spacious, and you have all the facilities you need. Parking just in front of the building. Really pleasant experience.
