Incredible view from the hut and super cozy and well equipped kitchen. It was all very clean and the contact with the owners was friendly!

One shower and one toilet for nine people was challenging. But we knew that when we booked.

Amazing working farm in great location.

Great – The location up above Werfen and going past the famous “Sound of Music” field is great, and you should see some deer on the way up on one of your days at least. The place is a working farm. There are 2 properties there. The classical wooden house and the flat above the barn. We had the later. Well equipped in the kitchen, this was combined with a cosy dining space with views to the back – the fields and woods. Equipment - dishwasher, plenty of crockery and cutlery, induction hob, fridge, freezer, v hot water. 2 bedrooms were great – roomy for 2 beds in one room and 3 beds in the front room. Features – You have space here and the main house does not completely overshadow you. The wooden balcony with old chairs is perfect for a 4-person breakfast or pre supper drinks. When no one is in the main house you can take the chairs and enjoy the sunshine on the mountains as it sets behind you. Amazing. Overall, if you are prepared for a bit of “rough farmer style” accommodation in a fabulous location, this could be the place for you.

Warning – The third bedroom is not so good – small, leaning ceiling, very old carpet, allergens buzzing, and in urgent need of updating. Bathroom – This as 1950s tiling with a strong smell of damp. The toilet has old lino on the floor. We got used to it but I can imagine some people were not happy with this arrangement. There are 2 bbq sets downstairs, one charcoal and one gas but the grills are very dirty and need a good clean.

It was so clean and all things were so easygoing. It was something unique and very comfortable. Espcially the sauna and pool with amazing scenery are something to memorize…

Great stay in Werfen mountain idila

Awesome location, great for hiking and relaxing.

Beds were little bit uncomfortable, and there seems to be a mouse or rat in the roof making scratch noises.

Prachtige plek

Fantastische locatie met schitterende uitzichten. Echt prachtig. Mooie ruime kamers.

De foto's van het verblijf laten een sauna en hottub zien maar daar mag je geen gebruik van maken als je in het appartement zit. Dat was vreemd en ook een echte tegenvaller. Via een deurcode kun je binnen, dit is praktisch maar voelt toch wat onpersoonlijk, we hebben tijdens ons verblijf geen gastheer of gastvrouw gezien.

השהייה בוילה הייתה יוצאת מן הכלל! הבעלים מאוד אדיבים והתקשורת קלה ונוחה. היה מדהים, חוויה של ממש הדירה מאובזרת היטב בכלל מה שצריך! הג'קוזי והסאונה השלימו את החוויה ממש נהנינו מכל רגע בדירה הנוף מהדירה פשוט מרהיב!!! חלומי ממש ורגוע שווה שווה שווה! ובהחלט נשמח לחזור שוב תודה רבה!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen – der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon in Planung!

Der Kuhstall neben dem Haus war zwar da, aber der Geruch war für uns kein Problem, da wir in einem Dorf waren. Ein kleiner Nachteil war jedoch, dass das Whirlpoolwasser etwas schmutzig war.

Beautifully located house

The view at the location is stunning and relaxing in the whirlpool and sauna, while the sunset reflects in the mountain range is just amazing! The beds are really comfortable and the house offered plenty of space for our larger group. We had a blast of a time here and would love to come back! --- Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und im Whirlpool und in der Sauna zu entspannen, während sich der Sonnenuntergang in den Bergen spiegelt, ist einfach fantastisch! Die Betten sind wirklich bequem und das Haus bietet viel Platz für unsere größere Gruppe. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier und würden gerne wiederkommen!
