Pictures are very deceiving. I stayed for 10 days. I recently moved to Houston, in search for a home. Found this place, based on pictures thought it was a great deal. We purchased microwaveable food only because the kitchen supplies looked disgusting to use. They weren’t dirty but I wouldn’t cook or eat from them. The bed is worn down on one side. The daybed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. The lighted vanity mirror in the bathroom was cracked. The bathroom renovations are poorly done.It looks like the renovations they did were just slapped on top of whatever was there before. The pictures are VERY DECEIVING. The ceilings, the smell, the linen on the bed…. I mean everything about it was UNpreferred . I luckily only saw 2 roaches during my stay. I didn’t have anywhere else to go at the time plus it was no refunds. Also, someone just walked in on me and my daughter unannounced claiming to check the air conditioner. I never put in a complaint about the a/c and I never received a notice that she was coming to check the a/c She knocked and we were sleeping so we didn’t get up fast enough and before I knew she had come in unannounced, completely catching me off guard. I could go on and on. The owner seemed eager for me to sign a weekly tenancy contract, which states that they can enter into the unit anytime without notice, amongst other things I refused to agree to. The 3 of us was on a text thread, where he emphasized to the property manager “get that extension”. In which she replied “ yes sir “ after reading the entire contract I refused to sign and I left on my check out date. I would NOT recommend this place.
