Приємний, чистий інтер'єр, усі потрібні зручності (плита, холодильник, електрочайник, посуд, мікрохвильовка, рушники, фен, кавоварка. Але будьте уважні у маленькому номері, що з круглим столиком, немає пралки). Self check-in дуже зручний, апартаменти легко знайти та заходити в будь-який час доби. Вай-фай працює відмінно, телевізор теж.

Трохи незручний умивальник у ванній, маленьке дзеркало, але це дрібниці.

Apartamento com uma ótima localização, muito próximo das principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Muito bem decorado e organizado e muito limpo.

O acesso ao apartamento é feito apenas por escadas sendo que, apesar dos apartamentos estarem renovados o prédio se encontra bastante degradado.

The location is about 5-8 minutes walking distance to the tram and bus stops.

The apartment is in a central location. I stayed in apartment number 1 for 2 nights; the room is small but suitable for short stays, whether you are a tourist or traveling for business. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, and the bed is comfortable.

The room is a bit dark, and the heater is electric, positioned right next to the bed with a very bright temperature display. Upon arrival, the heater is unplugged, but the room is small enough to warm up quickly. I had to place a towel over the heater to sleep in the dark because the temperature light is very bright. No shower gel or shampoo was provided, which would have been appreciated, especially considering the price. The bathroom heater does not work properly, and at times the bathroom has an odor: nothing unusual, as the building is old.
