Unique Style Apartments Old Town - 25 min from the airport - by Homelike Krakow

It is beautiful and full of old world charm - just like the city of Krakow. To me it seems it must have been a woman who decorated it with women in mind - the colors used are just beautiful! And there is an adorable little balcony. Perfect location for Old Town and the Jewish quarter. Everything works splendidly and the managers/owners seem to have thought of every little detail - coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil and things to wash up dishes in the kitchen.

It’s “vintage” - the furniture including beds is all new, comfortable and beautiful at the same time as the apt and the whole building has a bit of shabby/chic aura in rhythm with the city, seemingly. No air-conditioning, but this is surely specified before reserving the stay. High ceilings, fans, and I think the building must be in the shade most of the time because despite my I initial dismay the apt ended up being cooler than anticipated in 30 deg C plus weather.

The apartment is spacious and has everything for a short stay

The apartment is centrally located - right between the old town and the Jewish quarter. This was great because we could walk pretty much everywhere! It's also really close to a pick-up point for excursions, which was a nice add-on. The flat is fully furnished, and it has everything you need - including a washing machine and washing powder, which was nice as we could do some laundry. Check-in and out were smooth and easy.

Overall, the towels and sheets could use an upgrade. The sheets seemed old and had holes, and the towels had stains (I washed mine after noticing, but the stains didn't go away). The floors were a bit dirty - I don't know if they forgot to sweep/vacuum. There were dirty towels in the washing machine. The apartment we had was on the 4th floor, and the building has no lift - which would have been a bit much should we have had suitcases. Small thing, but there was only one bedside table. Lastly, there is no door separating the bedroom from the kitchen, and given the kitchen has a roof window, we got natural light the moment the sun rose.

The location is great to access to everything . This studio has balcony towards south , because of tram and train noise and too much light , sleeping was an issue this is not , for old couples like us .

Darker drapes will help , and it would be nice to have some pot covers and a good size frying pan since there is no stove .
