Todo maravilloso lo recomiendo mucho la instalación tiene una ubicación excelente y las condiciones del lugar son excelentes lo único que lamento es no haber estado más tiempo

We loved the view the tiki bar the room. But I think our favorite part of being there was the security guard Mr Ron he was so friendly and super observant he was always there when we pulled into the parking lot making sure it was clean and safe and every time we got off the elevator he was not far away if we needed anything.

It wasn't really anyone's fault but there was only one elevator working that would take you above the 6th floor and we where on the 12 floor so some time we would just walk up to the 12 floor and it was really a big problem but we did have a 1 year old who could barely walk and it was a little tough getting her up 12 flights of stairs

It was a very easy process to check in and out. The actual unit was very spacious and clean. No complaints at all on the actual unit. It had an amazing patio and view of the beach. The pool was nice and we loved the easy access to the beach.

Downfalls: you cannot listen to music anywhere outside near there property. You cannot have a pet unless you are the owner. Parking was $60 which is insane! The bbq grills are located at the very front entrance of property which made things very inconvenient. The last and absolute worst part was there was only 1 elevator for 18 floors worth of people so many times you were waiting 15/20 minutes just to go up or down. Also security that works over night went into the hvac closet located in front of the unit we were staying in (still don't know why) but then he went and hit every floor level on the elevator to delay any of us coming up while he was there. That made us feel extremely uncomfortable and some of the other people staying there as well as we were all waiting for the elevator and saw what he did. Due to the cons outweighing the pros we will not be staying there in the future.

It was in a great location, very clean and the staff was very friendly!!!

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to park after paying so much for the room that should be included like other places.
