We thought this place was great value for money, the room was very clean, hot water was great and the family running it are lovely.

Las intalaciones son nuevas. El hotel es muy cómodo, camas comfortables.

El piso del baño es muy resbaloso con agua. Puede haber algo de ruido exterior.

Room spacious and very clean. Quite a new hotel so room modern with new furniture. Staff friendly and helpful (on check in they did give me the room key to someone else’s room but this was a genuine mistake and confusion due to language barrier). Location is just on the outskirts of town so if you don’t want to be right in town it’s ideal. We had our own car so drove to and from the hotel so I don’t know if it’s ok to walk into town or not but it’d be a very short taxi ride if not. Great parking in their gated secure car park at the back of the property. Fan provided in the room and the window opened for fresh air too.

Despite advertising hot water, the shower water was cold on the morning of our stay. It had been hot the evening before when my husband showered so it had either run out or is only hot after the sun has had a chance to reheat it. Water pressure in shower was good though. Very noisy neighbourhood outside at night: car alarms, barking dogs, traffic, people noise - all night long. Not the hotel’s fault but this does seem to be a problem in most towns in Peru. Also noise from other guests returning to their room at 11.45pm, no soundproofing between rooms and noise travels up the stairwell. The hallway light gets switched on and shines right into your bedroom as there is a window into the hallway above or by the door. Breakfast was very disappointing: small amount of fruit and a bread roll with jam. I don’t eat gluten so just fruit for me. Instant coffee and fruit juice. Not a great breakfast at all. Hotel could do with a sign on the road outside to make it easier to find!
