"Man, this was much better than expected. Very clean and comfortable place. The underrated part would be how comfortable the beds were and the amenities provided were high quality. This place was a go..."

Really liked the location, the space and the additional toilet on 2ND level. Kitchen was modern and bed were comfy (though very soft on our backs after 3 weeks in Japan).
Just a couple of things that could have made it excellent were missing - no plates, only 4 glasses and no proper tea/coffee cups (found some plastic ones in bathroom on day 2), no butter knives, spoons or forks. No sugar, salt, oil etc which were provided in other similar houses during our holiday.
