Sicuramente la vicinanza alla spiaggia
La casa è bella non manca nulla forse un microonde , unica pecca a parere mio e il fatto che essendo molto centrale la notte c'è molto via vai di giovani quindi fino a tarda notte c'è parecchio movimento e si fatica parecchio a dormire. Quindi posizione splendida x il mare 100 metri un po' meno se cerchi tranquillità.,ma non tutto si può avere.
