The location was great - close to the train station and within walking distance to the sports field we needed to visit for the duration of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark for quality sleep. Noise doesn't travel easily within the home, which is nice if we needed to walk around on the top floors and not worry about waking anyone up in the bedrooms below. The kitchen was well stocked and the quality of linens and household items were very nice. I loved the shampoo and conditioner and the added amenities enhanced our stay.

Check in at this residence is quite late (5 pm) and check out is at 10 am, with no flexibility on extended checkout because their cleaning crew could arrive at any time between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm. We had no soap when we arrived (empty bottle in the shower). The top floor has a dining table and tv, but only a small cushioned chair for relaxing so there is nowhere to really sit and watch a movie together, unless we use our beds.

必要な設備、使いやすい備品、消耗品が揃っていて、過ごしやすかったです。 管理会社の方の対応も親切でした。

テーブルに食べこぼしの跡があったり、お部屋の隅から大きな埃が出て来ました。あと乾燥機に前の方の衣類が残っていました。

綺麗でした。設備が色々と揃っていてグループで長めの滞在の際に助かりました。

注意事項に書かれていましたが、暖房の必要な時期に泊まる際、電気のヒューズが上がり給湯器や暖房の入れ直し、エレベーター内で停止等何度か不便な思いをしました。

ダイニングテーブルがとても汚かった。明らかに拭いていなかった。おにぎりの食べかすなどが残ってた。充電器などもだしっぱなしで、前の滞在者が先ほどまでいたかのようだった。残念。　建物の構造的に冬はとても寒い。
