今回は2度目の滞在です。阿佐ヶ谷は都心へのアクセスは抜群でありながら、昔ながらの商店街と閑静な住宅街で構成された街で、東京に住んでいるように滞在出来るところがよかったです。滞在場所も阿佐ヶ谷駅から10分足らずで、道順もわかりやすいです。建物は一軒家であるため、騒音をあまり気にすることなく過ごしやすかったです。洗濯機、浴槽付き浴室、浴室乾燥機があり、長期滞在には非常に便利でした。チェックイン時の掃除も行き届いており清潔でした。
ソファーが大人二人で座るには少し小さかったです。

Everything about the Property was so nice! Its really spacious its nice to have the laundry machine in the bathroom as well, very convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting a very local Tokyo experience.
The detergent provided gave me an allergic reaction... but honestly, thats about it. It was perfect.

Location is good for exploring less touristic area of Tokyo, near the 2nd hand street. 8 min walk to train station, 20 min journey to Shinjuku. 24 hr supermarket nearby with lots of local eateries. Easy to access with entry code.
Needs better kitchen utensils. Overall furniture and beddings should be improved.

המיקום מצוין. שבע דקות הליכה מתחנת רכבת קרובה לשינג׳וקו בשכונה כייפית. הדירה חדשה ומאובזרת יחסית. הצ׳ק אין אוטומטי. החדר מאוד בתנאי שאתם מסוגלים לישון על גבי מזרונים על הרצפה ולא על מיטה
לנו לא הפריע אבל למי שמתקשה בטיפוס במדרגות עלול למצוא את הטיפוס לקומת השינה כבעייתי.
