Very nice house with beautiful terrace and a little garden in a quite neighbourhood.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in June-July. The house is rather close to a good not crowded sand beach. It is awesome! The path is between Seafront Villa Lami and Villa Mandarina Kriopigi. The seabed on the right of that entrance is flat and sandy and goes quite far with 0.5-1.5 m deep. The place is quiet and the host is a nice friendly person. All kitchen and house appliances work well, air conditioning is new and the internet is fast. You will have everything for your daily needs. There is a small food store "Exotic market" near Flegra private village in 5-10 min walking distance. The bigger stores are in Kalithea in a 5 min drive. I highly recommend going to Kassandrea local market every Tuesday morning and buying natural and fresh food on low prices. If you are tired of cooking you have an option to go to the neighbouring hotel Palladium, they will explain the options at the reception, we considered that but never tried that because we know some good tavernas in Kalithea, Athitos, Kriopighi, Hanioti and Pefkohori.
