Świetny hotel nastawiony na rodziny z dziećmi (chociaż obecność dużej liczby dzieci nie jest odczuwalna dzięki dobrze rozplanowanej przestrzeni). Z naszym 2-latkiem postanowiliśmy tym razem nie ruszać się z hotelu i to była dobra decyzja. Plusy: bardzo fajna sala zabaw, możliwość zamówienia codziennie lunchu dla dziecka za free, super basen i siłownia, codziennie dostępne zajęcia sportowe w różnych godzinach (joga, fitness), fantastyczne widoki, dobrze wyciszone pokoje, bardzo dobre jedzenie, fantastyczna obsługa. Codziennie organizowane są też różne wieczorne atrakcje, ale my akurat z nich nie korzystaliśmy. Na pewno tu wrócimy jak nasz syn podrośnie, żeby móc jeszcze bardziej skorzystać z tego, co oferuje hotel.

Jedyny minus dla mnie to trasa do najbliższego miasteczka (15min w dół krętą drogą), ponieważ ja i moje dziecko kiepsko znosimy jazdę krętymi drogami, ale to moja subiektywna opinia. Z drugiej strony, dzieki temu tym bardziej nie było nam szkoda spędzić cały pobyt w hotelu.

Spacious new resort with a nice pool and great value half board meals

Not a true 5 star experience, perhaps a 4 Star or 4.5 Star. Lacked high level customer service in most parts of the resort excluding breakfast and dinner waiters and team as that was perfect. Missed the personal touch of other luxury resorts. Aircon needs servicing in rooms as it wasn’t very cooling. Mini kids club seemed a bit of any after thought.
