It was absolutely amazing! From the welcome, to the valet parking and welcome drink whilst we check in to the spa, treatments, drinks and rooms, this place is exceptional. The setting is a particular highlight with utterly stunning views!!

Certainly! Here's a concise review: "I recently stayed at this modern hotel, and I was blown away by the breathtaking lake views directly from my room. The contemporary design throughout the hotel added a touch of elegance and comfort. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-equipped gym and spa. Each morning, I indulged in the excellent breakfast that offered a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended

The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

The only slightly negative feedback would be regarding the food portion sizes in the restaurant, which were very small. However, as the hotel is brand new, things like this will be very easy to iron out quickly. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like about the hotel. It's a wonderful place to visit and spend a few days, and we will look forward to returning one day in the future.

La struttura è bella, moderna e integrata nell'ambiente circostante, con una vista notevole. Sin dall'arrivo, ci siamo sentiti coccolati: lo staff è accogliente, professionale, gentile e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. I servizi offerti, dalla SPA ai massaggi, oltre alle varie attività giornaliere, ti pongono in uno stato di beatitudine e relax, si sono rivelati molto curati. La cena e la colazione sono state all'altezza dell'hotel, il personale attento anche alle varie intolleranze o allergie agli alimenti. Le suite è luminosa, pulita, grande e confortevole, ben insonorizzata.

Alles - Pool, Garten, Aussicht, Kulinarik ob das Frühstück oder das Abendessen, Personal (vom Servicepersonal bis zur Reinigungsfachkraft), Sauna/Aufguss, Zimmer, etc. - in aussergewöhnlicher Qualität!

Da fällt einem auch nach 4 Nächten darüber schlafen nichts ein….

Assenza di smart/cavi adeguati per il consentire il collegamento della tv a Internet, bagni non finestrati/senza ventola, assenza di ciabattine (arrivate solo dopo su richiesta), assenza di intrattenimento, forbice ampia di prezzo tra un mese e l’altro per una stessa stanza

Un soggiorno e un'esperienza a 360 gradi in una location spettacolare. Il personale si prende cura dell'ospite dal momento in cui arriva fino alla partenza.

Non c'è nulla da migliorare, è stato tutto bellissimo.

Se proprio devo segnalare qualcosa di negativo, non abbiamo trovato la cena in linea con il livello dell’hotel.

Tout était parfait, hôtel de très bonne qualité, que des matériaux de qualité , personnel attentionné aux petits soins, petit déjeuner avec des produits fait maison d'une super qualité avec en prime une super vue sur le lac, propreté irréprochable, spa extra , adresse a découvrir en couple

Widok- absolutnie oszałamiający. Przestronny hotel, duży i ładny pokój, fantastyczna restauracja, świetna obsługa, dobrze wyposażona strefa fitness. Czuliśmy się dopieszczeni.

Das Servicepersonal ist einmalige Klasse. Insgesamt ein hochprofessionell geführtes Haus mit Spitzenpersonal und sehr hoher Qualität bzgl. Getränke, Essen. Der Spa-Bereich und das Fitness ist von erstklassiger Qualität

Superbe hôtel avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac dans un environnement très calme. Le personnel est adorable et très professionnel.

La musique de la soirée du 15 août beaucoup trop forte et pas du tout dans le style de l’hôtel, l’opposé de ce que l’on souhaite quand on vient dans cet hotel tout particulièrement.
