The property is good, but quite far from Ram lala temple.

The staff was not trained The restaurant does not have AC

Location distance to the temple is bit far as mentioned in online.

Providing Internal arrangement like Tea, Coffee TV etc should be ready before check in of guests.

New property, room cleanness, room size

food facilities and quality was very bad

Hotel is new and they are still busy with setting up. Room clean but to noisy from other (Indian) guests who think they can shout like at home. Kitchen staff was very helpful. We had a birthday so they arranged a separate table for his with decoration. We had a nightmare experience with hotel management who arranged for a taxi for 8 persons and also a lot of (big) luggage’s to go to Prayag. We had discussed the price and made sure he ordered the right vehicle for the transportation for next morning. Unfortunately a small cab came and hotel management asked for double price to get us transported to Prayag. From their side they didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t cared about our problem. So disappointed
