We booked premier room and they provided a small room and was arguing its a premium room. After a long conversation accepted there is no room as we went late than checkin time. It was very rude front office and the incharge. Later next day they moved to the actual.booked premium room..so we stayed 4 days but for a day we stayed in a small.room and no cost was adjusted or refunded..not even a sorry they continued to defend few rooms might be smaller but it belong to premium category. Also the hotel location is close to a local.tea shop on one side and other side garbage bin . Though its on main road you feel.like stepping inside a garbage only. Food was okay and good but long waiting time for a coffee or any food was quite over. Crowd management was poor. If you prefer quite rooms this is not your place to go.
