The Lodge is a real gem. It’s in a convenient location with a local supermarket and several pubs and restaurants and Preston Royal Hospital all within a few minutes walking distance. The accommodation is spotless, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped with everything you would need for a short or longer term stay. I was travelling for work so I appreciated the strong WiFi connection. Emma the owner is welcoming and responsive. Overall a superb experience and I would certainly hope to stay again. Thank you Emma.

great location - near friends whose daughter was getting married. Just the right size for the pair of us. Facilities fine for our use (we had travelled to Preston by train). We very much appreciated the welcome pack on arrival as were able to make a cup of tea and enjoy a biscuit after a long journey before venturing out to buy a few more groceries. Emma was a great host, and responded speedily to any requests.
The mattress on the bed was a little soft for us, but we got used to it after the first night.
