The house itself was lovely, and the yard space was great!
There are 5 cameras on property, which are monitored. We were contacted about how it looked like we were parked on the grass. However, we were not. The camera located on the side of the house's setting aren't set well and every time a car goes by, the lights come on, lighting up the master bedroom. The hallway bathroom shower is not designed well. My 11 year old had to even bend down to be able to get under the shower head to rinse her hair, so just imagine as an adult how hard it was. That same shower is also VERY slippery and could benefit from some kind of non skid element being added. The shower towels are very teeny tiny. They work great for a toddler but not an adult. And last but not least, the AC. The unit is locked out from the renter. We were told that anytime we wanted to have it changed, we had to get in touch with our host contact. Which is insane in my opinion. In the policy we agree to not go below 70 but to have to contact someone to turn up the ac, turn down the ac, or even turn it on heat is a little much.
