L’emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. L’appartement en lui-même est magnifique : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très moderne, et surtout d’une propreté irréprochable. On a vraiment l’impression qu’il est neuf. Je ne peux que le recommander, c’est une valeur sûre !

lit très confortable.
au 5ème étage SANS ascenseur (non précisé dans l'annonce), étages pourris, portes très abîmées et murs délabrés.
très mauvaise isolation, et équipements très "design" mais peu fontionnels.
canapé défoncé.
