La proximité avec les rues pietonnes, le centre ville.
Impossible de profiter de la terrasse, avec les températures élevées, les clims de l immeuble se déversent dans cette petite cour intérieure et rendent malodorante la terrasse.

La propreté nickel , pas loin du bateau Corsica, Ferries efficace quand on arrive fin de journée appartement confortable, j’ai bien aimé

Proximité des points d’intérêt et du centre-ville. Appartement bien rénové mais très mal insonorisé, on entend le téléviseur du voisin jusqu’à 3 hr du matin comme si il était dans notre chambre. Et lorsqu’il marchait notre miroir accroché au mur vibrait! Même les bouchons d’oreille étaient inefficaces. Je recommande si vous êtes non sensible aux bruits. Nous avions l’appartement 1 chambre avec très petite vue sur mer lorsqu’il n’y a pas de traversier.
Manque d’insonorisation. Non respect des consignes des autres appartements de l’immeuble, (pas de bruit de 11 pm à 8 am.) tel qu’indiqué dans le hall d’entrée.

Il manque 1 éplucheur a légume. 1 ésorage à salade. Trop peu de papier w-c. 1 couette nordique. 1 personne à notre arrivée. I l a fallut tel pour avoir les clefs du studio.
