La ubicación, las vistas, la tranquilidad y el patio. Bastante espacioso.
La limpieza era escasa en el patio y había moho en la ducha. No funcionaba la puerta del baño de arriba. Estuvimos conviviendo con un ratón n la cocina que nos robaba comida y por las noches algunas cucarachas.
