De locatie van de woning is heel goed, vlakbij strand en centrum. Ondanks erg warm weer blijft de woning relatief koel. De badkamer is klein maar wel erg goed. De overdekte tuinpatio is héél goed. De BBQ buiten is super !
De kwaliteit van de uitrusting van de woning kan beter. De keuken is ondermaats met slechte kookplaten die amper werken, slechte verlichting en sommige eenvoudige zaken zoals afwasmiddel, afwasborstel of goed bestek( vooral de keukenmessen zijn bot en goedkoop) zijn niet aanwezig hoewel dit slechts enkele euro's kost. Jammer dat er geen airco aanwezig is terwijl dit met enkele zonnepanelen gratis in verbruik zou zijn overdag. De woning is geadverteerd voor 6 personen maar er zijn echter slechts 3 goede tuinstoelen aanwezig.
