Классный, большой номер. Эйфелевая башня в шаговой доступности. Рядом много мест где можно поесть и отдохнуть. Номер чистый полноценные 3 комнаты с большой кроватью. Есть чай и кофе. Санузел в каждой комнате. Есть лифт. Очень теплые апартаменты

Tutto esattamente come da foto, se non meglio. Spazi ampi e puliti. Riscaldamenti efficienti, abbiamo dormito benissimo senza sentire freddo, e letti veramente comodi. In pgni stanza c'è un armadio in cui riporre i vestiti. Cucina abbastanza completa, danno anche le capsule per il caffè. Posizione centrale a 20 minuti a piedi dalla torre effeil, ed a 5 e 3 minuti a piedi dalle metro più vicine. Zona completa di tutto, panifici per la colazione, farmacie, supermercati, e il mc donands a 5 minuti a piedi per chi come noi è arrivato tardi a parigi, è perfetto per una cena in tarda notte, aperto fino alle 2.00. Veramente eccezionale ci ritornerei.

Апартаментът е много голям, изключително чист и топъл. Има добре оборудвана кухня с достатъчно съдове, миялна машина, пералня, микровълнова фурна, котлони, хладилник. Всички уреди са Bosh и работят безупречно. Леглата са удобни. Има баня с тоалетна, отделна баня с душ (без тоалетна) и самостоятелна тоалетна. Беше удобно за ползване от 5 човека. Местоположението на апартамента в 15 район също е отлично, на 25 минути пеш от Айфеловата кула. Чувствахме се спокойни и в безопасност. Наоколо има спирки на метрото, които са удобни за достъп до всички основни забележителности. В близост има много заведения за хранене и супермаркети.
Всичко ни хареса. Нямаме забележки. По-скоро бих дала съвет относно кафемашината. Може да оставите инструкции за гостите с какви капсули работи машината. Ние си купихме капсули, но бяха по-голям размер. За да не рискуваме да сгрешим отново, си взехме разтворимо кафе. 😊

Location, clear checkin checkout instructions, affordable price even though location is very prime
Lack of support from Admin team. I checked in well on first day. Second day when I left apartment for tourism around Paris city, admin team changed my apartment lock code. When I arrived at late night 8pm my mobile battery was drained and it was switched off. My entire family was locked outside apartment in passage, as same code from previous day worked on main door but did not work on apartment door.
I tried calling (from my wife's number) all given support numbers for West Paris Suite team, multiple times between 8.30pm to 9.30pm , but with no answer. WhatsApp number was given, but nobody answered on that as well. We were frustrated as we were locked outside in very tired situation.
Fortunately, guest in neighbouring apartment from Russia noticed us. and they allowed me to come inside their apartment. I charged my phone , tried calling again, sending email, support request on booking. com, but everything for no support. Even guest in neighbouring apartment also tried calling, sent email/chat message on booking.com to West Paris Suite using contact property option. No answer from anyone.
10-15 mins after starting my mobile (around 10pm) I received SMS saying " Hi Aditya, inc ase your apartment code doesn't work tonight, please use xxxxx (new code)."
Admin and support teams from West Paris Suite simply responded next day morning stating "Sorry, we are not available after 7pm". What the heck.. so does that mean you keep your guests unattended between 7pm to 8am and don't care even if they are in emergency????
2) For entire 6-7 days stay, no housekeeping/no cleaning staff ever checked the apartment. They expect guests to keep everything clean. And cleaning is for extra cost if you need them to do it.
3) Only washing machine, no dryer. You need to dry your clothes on plastic stand providesd.
4) Dishwasher soap/salt, washing machine soap/liquid was not provided.
